SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Gadgix SA. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details once your payment has been processed.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Standard Delivery: 3 - 5 business days from dispatch

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa
  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
  • Some products may have different delivery timeframes as specified in the product description
  • Always check the product description for specific delivery information

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Fast SA Shipping Options:

Door-to-Door Courier: R130 (2–4 business days)

 Pudo Locker-to-Locker: R69 (Receive a PIN and collect at your local locker!)

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (as advertised on our website).

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier company details
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

6. COURIER PARTNERS

We work with reputable South African courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a notification card
  • You may need to collect your parcel from the nearest courier depot
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees

Missing or Lost Packages:

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately
  • We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue

8. DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged
  2. If you've already accepted delivery, take photos of the damage immediately
  3. Contact us within 24 hours at gadgixglobal@gmail.com with photos
  4. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

9. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement
  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

10. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND PEAK PERIODS

Please note that delivery times may be extended during:

  • South African public holidays
  • Peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December holidays)
  • Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.)

We will notify you of any expected delays.

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered within South Africa only.

12. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

As we only ship within South Africa, no customs or import duties apply to your order.

13. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

You will be contacted to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
